Full Management – we will manage every aspect from start to finish.
We’ll advertise the property on our own website plus the UK’s leading property website, Rightmove. Once we have found a suitable tenant who is deemed fit for the property, we then go through all necessary paperwork before they move in which you will receive copies of for your records.
Once the keys are handed over, whether the tenant has maintenance issues, questions about the property or their tenancy, they’ll always contact us and never you! We’ll simply send you a monthly statement showing the ins and outs and an update of how everything’s going.
Let Only – We’ll do exactly the same as the full management process however once the tenant has been handed the keys, they are given your details for any issues, questions or queries that relate to the tenancy or property.
Docs Only – If you already have a tenant lined up and need the documentation creating for your tenancy, no problem! Just email us the details of the date you would like the agreement to start, yours and the tenants name and address plus the deposit protection agency you’re using and we’ll get to work! Please bear in mind you will need to provide a landlord’s gas safety certificate + Energy Performance Certificate for us to supply to the tenant.
